Covid19 – We follow operatives

Update 30/03/2020: Annex 1 of the royal decree regulating recoverable paid leave includes in its point 23 as an essential service, among others “customs transit (forwarders)”, so Logisber Forwarding SL will remain fully operational in all its functions as a forwarding company. We remain operational for all our customers and suppliers through our usual means of communication.

Dear customer,

As local authorities are increasingly applying restrictions to prevent the spread of the virus, which is affecting production and supply chains, we would like to share with you our latest commercial update on COVID-19 which has already spread to most parts of the world. Our standard protocol for dealing with this type of crisis at the international level and at the customer service level will try to do everything possible to reduce the impact of COVID-19 on your logistics chain.

Our way of communicating has not changed and we are still operational.

At Logisber we remain fully operational; our export and import schedules are maintained as long as the shipping companies continue to guarantee the scheduled service, and Logisber’s staff will continue to work remotely to guarantee the continuity of the service subject to the regulations that the authorities may impose.

Our offices closely monitor the local situation and are committed to ensuring the safety of employees as they work to mitigate any potential impact on the service we usually provide. If there is a need to divert the load due to supply chain contingencies caused by restrictions, we will promptly inform them of viable and safe alternatives to meet our commitments.

We recommend that you use our website https://logisber.com/ as usual and for your convenience, no matter where you work, 24 hours a day, any day of the year. Our sales department is at your disposal for any questions or concerns. We reiterate our commitment to customer service and we remain.

Best regards,
